I flew in a couple of days before to get to know the venue. The venue was perfect! Many golf courses and country clubs have incredible options for weddings. Don’t overlook them when checking out wedding venues.
I made sure to check out a few local brunch spots in Arizona during my stay. I also went for an early morning hike around Camelback, don’t try this hike alone! It was fun to explore Arizona since I hadn’t visited in a while.
Finally the day of the wedding came. The venue was perfect! The hanging florals, labeled wine, and table settings made all the guests believe Martha Stewart herself had set up the evening. The flow of the ceremony to the reception was seamless. The guests were enjoying themselves almost as much as the newlyweds.
