Park City, Utah is the home of the world famous Sundance Film Festival, and one of my favorite places to take engagement photos in winter. Wedding or elopements are magical in the snowy Utah winters too! On this winter afternoon, we met in the snowy mountains to capture this newly engaged couple in a winter wonderland. Bonus: they brought their pup. I always want my couples to highlight their individuality and family. Bringing along their dog was the perfect way to do this. My couple cuddled close and was able to stay warm for the majority of the photoshoot!
I always advise my couples to dress in layers to stay warm! leggings underneath your clothes, hand warmers in pockets, beanies, layered jackets (for warmth and fashion), thick wool socks. All of those tips will make a huge difference in a Engagement Photos in Winter!
Also choose a photographer that can edit out red noses, red ears, anything that won’t make you look your best! I edit out all the things that are distractions in photos. Like acne, red noses, people in the background. I love making my clients look their best!
